I find that windows xp service pack 3 it's available for you to install it via microsoft update website

Its nothing special. All it consists of it security updates. There are no visual differences that you will notice.
You have to go to Microsoft update, not Windows update. There is a difference Microsoft Update: http://www.update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us Windows Update: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
I figured out what was causing this. I had IE8 installed. I uninstall it and now I have it on windows update. So if anyone else has this issue, this is how you fix it.
Yes...if you have IE8, you have to uninstall it first. http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2008/05/05/ie-and-xpsp3.aspx I've installed SP3 on 5 different PCs with no issues. Some had IE6, some IE7 and on 1 I reinstalled IE8 after SP3.

I forgot, you can access the download page with Firefox. I am surprised they let you get onto microsoft.com at all with Firefox.
