    Please help review my site and my product design: Text-Workshop

    Changed some design and layout of my site.
    Re-designed the Big Banner.

    Working towards a more themed design for my products.
    Removed all design which I'm not 100% satisfied.

    But some how when I looked at it, it still lack of something.
    Please help! :(

    The background is not good.The products are nice,besides,you can add some content to the empty sidebar.

    yes i think same with others.Your background distorts your theme.You can use different color from black and grey.
    Also you may not use squares in the background.

    Is there any color that goes well the grey and black?
    especially a background color.

    I'm hoping to go towards a more retro design that's the reason i chose grey and black boxes.

    Or maybe I should just fill the while background with black?

    I do not like the background and I think you should consider using some brighter colors
    in the template.

    The background really hurts my eyes. Change the background first. Then you'll need to decide the theme color.
    Choose something that goes easy on the viewer eyes.
