Why don't you try advertising on Free Classifieds websites... You can advertise for free or for even more exposure you pay a small fee.
Their are so many other ways to market your site for free....and free is better than even .5 cents....all you need is time and ambition... Use Ezinearticles, squidoo, hubpages, hoobly, youtube, kaboodle, thisnext, etc...etc...their are tons of websites that you can utilize and leverage to your benefit without paying one red cent....

It depends on your niche, but you can often get some decent cheap traffic from the sites listed on Adbrite.
