Looking for PHP Programmer

Hey,

Well I am looking to purchase a programmer that will build the entire back-end of my website, the user accounts and all will need to be completely integrated with the forums. You will need to be able to link all sites through php entirely and the code needs to be secure.

My project funding for this is quite low, so I am looking for someone that would do this for about $20.00-30.00 USD

If anyone actually takes this job they really need to re-evaluate themselves. They are obviously setting their standards way too low. This is just ridiculous.

On the account it's merely linking a php backend and connecting it to the forum, I wouldn't complain because I would probably ask $10 for this job.
