And for any one wanted to do that, you can go ahead and spend maybe the next 1 week of your time figuring out how to make everything works for you.

Also, notice that for instant slide up, you can actually create an opt in form, and you can have it integrated with the autoresponder system of your choice !! And that can be done within minute.

Absolutely !

If you check out the admin panel at http://www.instantslideup.com/demo/admin/configure/, then select either "Opt-In Slide Up" or "Announcement Slide Up", look at the section

3. InstantSlideUp Affiliate Setting

If you select "No", the "Powered By ..." text wont be showed.

That applied to both premade template, and custom templates.
