I suggest you don't go with cheap and also not free. Both are waste of time. If you want to make a site which will earn some money for you, then buy a hosting at hosts like hostgator etc I made a mistake of buying a cheap hosting, because you which I faced too many problems.

If you want a cheap and very reliable one then try www.aqns-hosting.com as they are truly very cheap and very very reliable, plus the owner is in Dp and his alias here is aqnshosting
