    The service of mellowhost is good, it's a pity they take out the AWstats and put something on server that blocks IP's of visitors when they enter the site too many times, but the other services aren't that bad... i hope they don't take out more services of Cpanel...

    well, they just took out Awstats since it puts the server at risk. But I also hope nothing will be replaced or removed on the cpanel.

    Is free dedicated IP address included?

    Glad to hear some new testimonials on the board :) We have added our 8th Server with Dual Proc Quad Core processor in Mellowhost Server list :) , i m working on getting a new special up very soon for the new customers :) Eventually, our master reseller software is being developed more and more day by day with far better solutions. A few days ago we have implemented ajax in our master reseller software to avoid any duplicate entry problem which was causing at the first time and now we are thinking to implement an artificial intelligence to create new resellers in different load balanced servers to distribute the load in different servers.

    I am a customer of mellowhost from indonesian , i really happy coz mellowhost service is very good and have a fast server, hope will be like this for now and for the future.

    but i had a little input for mellow host for that service Will be better if being live support and not only ticket support, i think so far so good for mellowhost , cheers for mellowhost.

    Thanks for your complement as well as suggestions.

    Yes, i know a live support should add better support with the service, though we won't be able to operate 24 hours live support. We keep at least 1 Level 1 worker at support desk 24 hours by shifting to ensure the redundancy in server performance. Our System Admins work only at peak hours to resolve all the matters which are a bit critical for level 1 technicians. We will most probably launch a beta live support in next week to talk with level 1 technicians and sales to sort general problems. But unfortunately, the support won't be available for 24 hours as the staffs availability is not redundant here.

    Thanks again for your appreciation and suggestion. We would like to keep the same service all time :)

    They have a GREAT master reseller system (non-deasoft), You should definatley sell it. I would buy it :p

    Plus if you want a free skinning for it (theme), let me know I'd be happy to do it. It's a fantastic system, much cleaner and faster than deasoft

    We are just adding one more feature before we proceed and sell this to public, and that is the administration of Space and Bandwidth management for resellers. As there is no API to control these values from Cpanel, we are still working in developing that intelligence. As soon as that feature gets developed, it will surely be out to be sold. :p

    We run the system as a module of WHMCS :) We will be releasing our master reseller software to be able to purchase within the first week of June though, that would only be available for the WHMCS users, so if you are using WHMCS, you should be getting the new Fully Ajaxified Master reseller system within the first week of June :p
