I need a JS / CSS developer to fix my NAV bar. I'll pay you ~20 dollars to get it working right. I need someone good because I might give you more work like larger projects that I can pay out on 20 times more, but for now we just need someone to fix our NAV BAR.. Please don't reply if you don't have experience in doing this stuff I've already had 6 people try to get it working and they can't seem to get it working properly.

I am one of the six people. Dude, I can't wait to see if anyone can fix as what you want. I have everything fixed but you just don't understand what is CSS. For the nav bar, there are only 4 ways to fix. But you chose none of them. Someone, if you have another better way, please tell me that I was wrong. Thank you.
