proxies don't earn much with adsense, but it's better than most other advertising networks. because adsense gives low earnings per click, but at least people click. i tried bidvertiser and no one clicked on the ads. i tried widgetbucks too but that was even worse.
yes , you can make lots of adsense money with proxy sites ...if you Master how adsense ad formats work and how you can blend the same with you rcontent

I've seen lots of proxy site for sale in some webmaster forums if it's getting a good conversion then why would the owner sell it in the first place?
I have around 20 proxies....I advertised few and tried to get traffic from stumble about 3 months ago [Now I am banned from stumble ]. Proxies gave me $3 per day when I advertised and now they give $2 a day for doing nothing from last 2 months..... but some times on my few proxy I get a click of $1 or $2 so those are lucky days....So I cant say that proxy click are just few cent click but there are only few click which makes more. Advertising proxy is the hardest thing .... Doing SEO doesn't give much traffic and ofcourse your proxy gets blocked and traffic decreases as well $10 a day is possible but not that easy So I would suggest to make a good website on different Niche because that site will have more value than many proxies and you can sell links for some $s as well. By proxy you will start earning from the next day you advertised but from Good Niche site you will have good earning after 2 or 3 months.
It is possible with a lot of marketing I suppose. I could only achieve ~ $1.00/day. I use adsense on the main and adbrite on the proxified page. Good luck.
