    Can someone check the sites in my sig and tell me what I'm doing wrong?
    they are only a couple months old and getting about 40 uniques a day each and many PV's but in all this time I've only got $9.27 adsense... I think CTR is 0.15% 9,147 Veiws 38 Clicks is not doing too good... Any help would be greatly appriciated.

    What is your bounce rate ?

    The Google Ads are too low in the page in my opinion.
    Add an horizontal ad unit right before "helpful tips" or right after the baneer at the top - people should be able to see the ads on the first page load.

    The first site looks ok, for the second site "girlfriendmusicvideo", I suggest you put a 250*250 or a 336*280 ad unit.

    I suggest you move your header nav links into the header than put a banner add under the header and above the title.
