    Hello,

I am much good at maths when using a calculator, but I suck when I have no calculator. I sometimes use calculator for 9-6 , 2x7 etc. :( I am talking of Addition, Multiplication, Division etc....

Yeah! I will quit using calculator. But anyone know any good games etc that will help you make your maths good?

    Thanks

    Practice, practice, practice.

That is all to it, just like internet marketing :D

There are only a limited ways to solve any math problem. So the more you practice, the more you brain will pick it up subconsciously.

You don't even have to get it right... just correct yourself along the way....

    Cheers!

Search on Amazon, I think you will be able to find a brain booster software. Good luck!

I don't know about Brain Booster software. But as a maths undergraduate I recommend you practise and maybe read a maths text book and complete some of the problems. It'll help not only your calculatory maths skills but your logic and problem solving ones as well.

Always practice without calculator. U will fall on problem on the first few days. But later on u will be good enough to do any calculation without calculator. i think everybody's target should be like that he can sustain for long time. So i think u can follow my suggestion

Mathematics is philosophy, not some small shop accounting. If you don’t do basic operations, doesn’t mean that you are not good mathematician.

You gotta practice like it was mentioned. Go to the store and pick some stuff up.

Look at the prices and try to add them up (you can round up or down to make it easier) and see if you get it right at the cashier . . .etc. The type of math you are talking about can be found in ordinary life . . . so just keep at it.

    You'll get it.
