    Hello,

    I am looking to buy sites that have been established sites which are at least 1 year or close to this time frame. Have 80% or more in organic traffic, well indexed by Google, have a strong link structure and earn 100$ minimum every month automated via YPN, Adsense etc. Site must need little to no maintenance.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Site must be at least 1 year older or close to it
    70% or more organic traffic
    Sites with SEO work done preferred.
    Multiple revenue sites considered (CJ, CB etc)
    Well indexed in Google
    eBook sites considered ( e book must be unique and Click Bank Approved)
    All e book sites must have an existing marketing system.
    Prefer e-book sites with established customer based
    Sites must have Unique Content
    Blogs with unique content considered
    All content must pass Copyscape & our software checks
    Will need to see traffic stats and income
    Adsense/YPN income is ok.
    Must make a minimum of 100$ or more every month automated.
    Must be willing to sign a sales contract and non compete
    Be willing to accept escrow.com payments.


    BUDGET:

    My budget is over 5K. Will pay a multiple of max 12-15x.
