    Here's an example...

    http://sfbay.craigslist.org/search/wan?query=iphone

It has ads from people wanting iPhones. Would it be OK to E-mail them with a link to the 'iPhone Email Submit' offer, which allows E-mail? aka...using Craigslist with out actually posting ads there, since posting ads is against the rules.

    Here's your problem:

That's at the bottom of probably 99.999% of those wanted posts

Exactly. I'd say craigslist falls into the same category as myspace.

most advertisers don't allow this type of traffic.

The crazy thing is, when ever I replied to posters, about 95% of the replies that I got were them THANKING me for the info! No one bothers to even look at that commercial interests stuff when they post, hince 99.991337% have that.

Yeah, I have no clue what the results would look like. All I'm saying is that doing what you're suggesting is clearly against Craigslist policies, probaby not Azoogle's policies...Whether or not you get reported for it, I don't know. If somebody does report you, I think the worse that could happen would be that your CL account gets banned

take that with a grain of salt though - I don't have any official word on it either way

Whether or not you will get banded, this is definitely against CL terms of use.
