Can I put Adsense ads on page with little text?

I have a lot of pages which contain a picture and few lines of text(20-50 words), can I put adsense on those pages?

 

yes you can but ensure that it does not violate Adsense TOS

 

it is a little dangerous, keep the space between the ads and the pics a little wide.
