Do a multitude of searches for women's sites. You also have women's online magazines, like RedBook, and Allure. Don't forget "single mothers," either. ;-) If you can, also write articles and reviews on your products and submit them to webmasters.
Have you considered about using Google Adwords PPC as a marketing method? The best way is to build links for women related search terms so that you can rank well for the keywords.

I'm not a myspace pro, personally I hate it, it's ugly and hard to use. I think just tellng the odd person, 'hey, you should come and check this site, www.dsdsddadca.com out' I don't know how effective it would be though
Facebook PPC is your answer - if you don't mind spending a bit of money. Not only can you grab USA females, you can even pick age groups. Hope that helps!
You could promote your product targeting women in facebook, squidoo, stumbleupon, blogher and similar social site.
As Shamus said, I would utilize Facebook's advertising platform. Make a "sexy outfits" type Group/Page Then advertise your site to the audience of the group/page Also advertise on their PPC platform to optimize your earnings.
