Which CPA Network Tracks Emails And Show Them In Reports ?

I just wanna know which Cpa network tracks emails addresses used to complete a offer or lead.

I have good incentived traffic and i dunno how to traffic it

So if you know a good network

??????????? what are u tryinhg to say, you have to use a subid to track email addresses, no cpa network will automatically track the email

 

well yea i figured it out its subids

But my CPA network only allows me to use 5 subIDs
