It's not that it's hard. I enjoy what I do and earn revenue daily. But real life problems are really bringing me down and i got to make a move. And to do this I think I need to sell one of my sites Does anyone know where I can get a really good website appraisal calculated by everything. ie: site members, subscribers, visitors, daily revenue, design, seo mods, blah blah blah etc..? I'm going to give it a few days before I finally decide but would like to know how much I can sell out for. I got a couple estimates on here not long ago but not sure if it's realistic or not.
you could just sell in BST with reserve price and proof of income and traffic and buyers will roll in and decide
you can sell it in the bst, namepro's, sedo and you might check out sitepoint. use an escrow and mail proof of the site in the sale and you should be good
Just take time off to settle your real life issue before returning back to your online biz. It is definitely not easy to start an online biz. Do not waste it if you already have a successful one.
I agree with wisdomtool, maybe you don't have to sell and after you settle your problems then you can comeback working online.

i run a site with a partner and we just changed his cut from 50/50 to me taking 75% and him taking 25% on auto. At the end of every month i send him money and i have never seen him online in well over 2 months now.
