googlewebtalk.com great name, but with trademark issues hardly anybody will buy it to put up a site

why that? i mean there many sites out there talking about google....well it would be one of them......even if the name is close to Im goggle software.....why are the others trademark issues? I mean they are typos......what about expo milan?

ok....It seems I lost a lot of money here!!!!

But in my opinion the registrations related to milan expo are not so clear trademark infringement....it is an event and the official site is milanoexpo-2015.com which is different from the ones I've registrated
in milanexpohotel.com and expomilanhotel I don't see any infringement at all.
I'm new in this field and obviusly i'm not a lawyer

However still looking for appraisails in case someone agree with me

 

well not a lawyer, you can be one, one thing must tell you, do visit USPTO.GOV before make a buy, once these sites developed , they will face serious issues, UNDEVELOPED TRADEMARK NAMES may not be a problem, ONCE SITE IS RECEVING TRAFFIC AND POPULAR, you end up in the deep shyt, thats why THESE NAMES ARE LEFT ALONE AND NOT DEVELOPED.!!!

i am not discouraging any domainnairs but just a little advice

do not spend loads of money just registering domains unless you are a experienced dommainner who have sold few domains or having a portfolio which pays up reg fees from parking. start with a small investment and grow as you get experience. thats what i did.
what i find is, it is difficult to sell domains quickly at prices which softwares and personal appraisals. if you got four letter .com, three character .com which are highly liquid then the appraise values are ok.
i have started with small but gradually growing with a portfolio which pays reg fees from parking, and average one domain sale per week these days. so its just a advice.....think abt it

 

One word domains are always nice, like the names you bought more of them are seems to me like, you bought them for your personal choose, If you want to resell always think, what if you were to step in people shoes and names you would bought, so step in the buyer shoes and think!!!!, and come back to your domainer condition and make a buy.

I have bought some keyword domain , one of my domain is JUST "ONE" making me 16 dollars just parking it, making 300 dollars just parking it per month, and guess what, it is not even .COM. NET, it is dot .ASIA.

so its all about domain's related niche, and then domains content, overture, and do a brief reserach, because some domains you may buy, wont be appraised higher, but can be earning you good amount of ROI.

Livewebcamsex.com would been alot better than livewebcamsexy.com, but dont just go buy it, think of it how you can use if you were reseller or what if that would be just any other user who is just surfing net, and enter livewebcamsex.com in their browser or livewebcamssexy.com, I would enter Livewebcamsex.com or livewebcamshow, but I would never enter Livewebcamsexy.com, Unless I see your link on one of the google pages, so it means if you buy livewebcamsexy, you should develop, coz to reseller this name is nothing but around reg fee or lower.
