My PayPal Limited. How can i open it again?

Hi, I'm Mr. Mehdi Jazini from iran. You know paypal don't support iran country.
I opened an india verified paypal account by simon vcc. with a vpn from usa. and add a wrong address of india into my paypal account.(because they didn't accept iranian address ) but after my first transaction paypal limited my account. and said i have to send document about my address for india.

Do you know how can i resolve this problem.
Please Help me.

You can't, you should find another payment processor.

 

U did a blunder urself...Indian address and access from US VPN.

You can't. You already breach enough of the terms of your contract with Paypal to allow them to limit your account. Opening another account because one is limited would add on at least 2 more other breaches and does not guarantee your account would last for more than one transaction. Do yourself a favor and do not dig a deeper grave for yourself.

The only way you can resolve the issue is to fly into India to the address which you claims to be from and then rent the place and pay the utility bill for at least 1 month. Then use that utility bill and send it to Paypal.

 

Dude,why u used US VPN when u have Indian paypal? Is there any money in your paypal? If no,then just forget about it.

 

I guess you would resolve the problem by sending the docs they have requested?

After 180 days you can withdraw your Money so spend $20 something to buy a VMI card with the same name used in your Paypal account.
Later withdraw to that card.

VMI card can be used in Cirrus ATM anywhere.

DOn't bother with this method if fund in Limited Paypal is less than the cost of the method

 

Only way is
Wait for 180 days and u can have ur money withdrawn.
However u cannot use the account as it wil be limitted till then and after.

Its better to wait for 180 days and get ur money back.Then forget the account after u withdraw ur payment.

Most probably you can't do anything about it. PayPal is very strict about security measures for the accounts. I've had my account limited many times because of that. Sometimes for really no good reason.

If you are from a country that can't open a PayPal account, I'd recommend you don't try other ways because PayPal is very smart in finding out - I'm speaking from experience.

But the good news is, you can always use other easier services MoneyBookers for personal use, or 2CheckOut, ClickBank, and Plimus for selling online.

well i got my account limited access and its resolved the only way to resolve is to go to there help and support and email them and those guys were very nice within 4 days my account went from limited to normal access but remember they might ask you for utility bill current one and within 24 hours you will have your account back

dude why dont you use ClickBank.com or 2CheckOut.com to receive paypal payments... and never open a paypal account using a different address or fake address or else you will lose everything... because paypal these days monitor everything... and its done by human eye.... but now you cant do anything other then watch your money goes in smoke....
