Please advice me on how to register a pvt. firm in india

Hello Everyone,
I want to register my business and establish a private firm . I know to solve this issue i should go to a CA . But before than i would like to study a bit about the process . So please if anyone have any experience with the procedure please advice me.

I think it will be nice if you go to some Lawyer or some other person who is known for registering companies in India. I think you know that even you have completed all the requirements you are not going to get the company registered without heating those employees pockets.

So to save from all these get to a known person who is famous in your area for doing such thing and pay him and get your company registered otherwise you wil have to run from pillar to post to get your company registered.

As i mentioned already in my thread , i know that i should go to a CA regarding this but before that i would like to know the procedure and some suggestions . If anyone knows anything regarding this issue please advice me. I think there many people who already registered their company.

Hope this helps you a little bit. Otherwise i still recommend you to go to some pro. in registering companies and he wiill let you know what requirements you need to have to register a company.

 

It depends on the service you are aiming for.
My friend registered a hardcopy magazine named and i think he has spent about $60-100 on the entire process.

Actually, the official process does not involve even $30 to do this. (Yes, it's cheap)
You need to send a DD directly to the official at Delhi with the name of your firm.
You need to mention 2 other alternate names and most probably you will not get the name you mentioned in first place

I do not know why. My friend got the second name for his magazine.

The process involved should be same.
You need to show some proof that you can run the firm.
The number of employees working or size of the organization in terms of employees you intend to hire.
Location, it's owner.

A police comes to your house to inspect and inquries about your company.
He gives you an initial statement of satisfaction and you need to send it to Delhi office.
Later in 2weeks, (Practically takes 5-8weeks) you will get a confirmation of the name that got registered as a firm. This can be even seen on the official website. I don't have the link handy

I just spoke to another friend who has registered his company.
It costed him around $500-600. He do not know the steps. His CA took care of those things.
And the registration of magazine didn't incurr more than $50 because it is more of a trademark sort of thing.
I just got to know the difference.

I am not sure what you want to know from forum people as CA is an expert person for this..

In short, a CA will ask for your documents related to your residence, i think marksheets as well.. Then you need to tell him whether its sole or partnership company.

After this, what kind of investment company you want to show.. Whether its 100k or 1000k or whatever you think is correct

Once decided, you need to give him DD, not sure how much amount it is these days, of digital signature.

Some days later you will get a letter from authorized dept of status of your company.. Not much big procedure
