This is for a local car dealership website.
They want to build a website, now: they wish to have a control panel, where they can add, subtract and edit cars that are in stock... add a description, add a picture of the car, and click submit, which will automatically add a new page to the server. Which code language do i need to use? if you know how to make this, please contact me ASAP.
