Well in case you havent noticed,

1. That is what the input of IMs fields in edit profile are for and if a person wish to share, it will be freely shown to all users. And people will add each other if they feel like via the icons or you can request.

2. this thread can lead to a chain and is unnecessary

 

I know the purpose of that. I made this thread in the general chat with a a good purpose. I'm just telling other people who are interested with the stated purpose to add me in their YM. That's all, no harm intended.

 

just telling becuase you never know.. some are preying for email links and im links mate

See, I just don't understand why you would want random people on your instant messengers. That's just asking for trouble. Imagine if ONE of these people got a mailer virus!
