New approach to web promotion?

Well, Friends, what we should do to promote web with specific word for exmple company formation
1. Directories submission ? yes, but good directories not more than 250
2. Artical submission? yes, but links quite weak, traffic is low
3. Social marking webs? yes, but for such specific keywords do not work
4. Buy links? yes, but Google does not welcome such links any more
5. Exchange links? Google does not like this too
SO, what I should do to promote webs?

 

I'd DEFINITELY suggest Article/Press release submission and Social Bookmarking/Blogging links.

These are a great way to build recognition of your site, and many of these articles/blogs get distributed, so your links are now being sent to other blog/article/pr sites.

Another thing I do to build links is to search a general work in my niche, and see where other people are linking, and see where they're linking from. Then you can check out these sites, and start trying to build more relevant links.

Get social , if you know what I mean get to know bloggers and read more, because what you said is all wrong except google don't like selling links.

What do you mean with get social? Social bookmark/media sites do not pass any link value. The only thing you can do with social sites is to create a very useful article and very complete then hope that some bloggers and webmasters will give natural link back to you. Unfortunately not everyone will give you natural link back even if they like your article.

But i don't agree with 3 way link exchanging,
Link exchange with only those site which is related to your website content, and link page PR is high enough.

 

Exchanging still can help in our ranking. The only thing why google don't link link exchange because some webmasters did this excessively.

 

What about back links an traffics from quality and high ranking Forums ?

Sorry, my Friend, I do not agree. I am doing SEO many years. Most my webs in top, but Social structure does not work for specific webs such as - company formation. You are clever man you should know why

 

Social Bookmarking can contribute some traffic though it's only temporary and it depends o several factors like title, desc, etc... but it's another way of deep linking your sub pages.

 

Make a site that people will link to naturally.

 

Promotion is something
SEO is other things

Your exemples is about SEO
And who says not to submit to more then 250$
Directory + articles are the basic the rest is about tricks and patience

 

Well, the title of this post is "New approach to web promotion?" yet there aren't really any new methods suggested here are there?

I think with the likes of Google really tightening their algo and discarding things such as paid links, low quality directories and other artificial link building methods, the future is going to be even more about creating sites with good content that will bring users back time and again.

IMO a lot of SEO's will need to start focusing more on their(and their clients) content whether it be on site content, free software, articles, competition and video etc. Generally start being more creative and give their customers what they really want rather than spend time on trying to artificially inflate their serps positioning. This is a lot harder I know but in the long run im sure will pay off.

 

* Create a useful, interesting web site and other sites will naturally link to it.
* Participate helpfully in forums which allow a text link to your site in a signature
* Comment on related blogs.

 

Guys, thank you for your advice, but you are speaking about general approach for SEO strategics. These are very common things and very good for general indormation webs, BUT
If you are looking for targeted customer, for example, buying new Porshe you really think that persont who want to buy Porshe will look any information on social-marking sites?
Maybe you thing that your competative which sell Porshe will allow to place your link on his website?
Let us speak about serious seo, as professional people.
I have to return you to my initial questions. Let us imaginee for do SEO and promote website for Porshe garage
what we should do?
1. Directories ( how many niche directories? not more than 50)
2. Articales - links are week
3. Press release - GOOD point

Have you met more than 250-300 webs older than 2 years with PR>3 with Good indexation in Google. If yes,please,let me know, if not why we should submit web to useless directories. Please, do not say that they give additional links. You know well that one lenk from good directory costs 100s from new one

 

Other thing which is still effective use forums signature with your keyword anchor text. That provide some stability in SE's ranking. Here i am not saying that u wud get any PR but somewhere u wud get enough stability for your keyword. I do it & feeling some +ve response. But it takes time.

 

Yes u are pretty Ok. I agree on this fact that new directories do not have anything for us. But if u get link from them then it wud help u in Future. Because after sometime they wud get popular.

One more thing i also do Directory submission and as per my knowledge no OLd, Famous & Good PR directory provides link in Free. so u don't have any other option. that's why we have only way to through with new directories.

 

Sure they do - maybe not much, but EVERY backlink passes some value.

Unless, of course, it's a nofollow link.
