    are we safe with embed videos from youtube, google, daily motion, etc

    regardless what is the content copyrighted or now... its userbased.... basically user submit the mebed codes...

    You can always use the adsense code and place a channel on your site instead and you might even make some money with it

    So let's say I pick out a video I like from youtube. Copy/Paste the embed code and posted it on my website html and let's say I put some adsense codes on the right side no where near the you tube video ....

    So is that fine?

    and from reading on other sites state that you are all wrong.

    It's sad but
    Apparantly updated Youtube TOS state we cannot advertise on sites with their videos embedded.
    and apparantly Google Blog has stated we cannot use Adsense ads on these sites also.

    I haven't checked them out but will definatly read up on it later.

    Some definate clarification on the issue would be nice.
