As per Google AdSense TOS :

In order to avoid associations with copyright claims, website publishers may not display Google ads on web pages with MP3, Video, News Groups, and Image Results.

fm1o1 . com is breaking the TOS :p

What if the MP3s are your own recordings? I'm planning a site which will have downloads of music I write & record myself, so I'll be the copyright holder. Is that against their TOS too?

i think (about funny video's sites) if this was against TOS so why google still let all these sites displaying adsense in thier sites?
i think they are talking about copyrighted video's and mp3's only

From all that I've learned, Google has a "see no evil, hear no evil" policy -- that is, if no one brings their attention to it, they'll let violators go.

I think they mean a search results page that displays images. Having said that, you can't put Google ads on a search results page in any case.
