oh dear, you will get so little traffic from these. Let's imagine that each directory in the list gets 500 visitors a month, that 500 will be split via god knows how many categories, and sent to those sites. You will not even get 10 visitors a month from each of those sites - I promise you that. I wouldn't even waste the time it takes to submit to that lot, I've never heard of any of them, they are all General and most probably don't even serve your own Country. There's so much info out there that warns about submitting to just anything, so why do people keep doing this Just do some research for 2 hours and you'll find out a lot.
I agree that most directories send little, if any, traffic. But people don't submit to directories primarily for traffic. They submit to directories because it allows them to rank for their anchor text, which in turn boosts their rankings in the search engines. So in a sense, they do get traffic from directory listings - just not from the directories themselves.
Always link for the traffic. Few even care about pagerank anymore and many have removed the toolbar in protest at what Google is doing. I hate it when these guys use my directory so they can rank for anchor text, no way did I spend thousands of hours creating a resource for that purpose. I'll be going fully paid soon and that'll take care of the buggers
