Hey there, I just signed up for valueclick media and got accepted. I like to think I'm not a complete noob, but I'm struggling to fully understand some of the features of valueclick. I've got some 728/468 Ad code and I've pasted that onto the code for my site. It's appearing fine with some random ads for unicef. After reading the tutorials its got a load of information about setting default campaigns with 3rd parties etc and I'm starting to get confused. I'd like to know, is everything fine if I just copy and paste that ad code (and also the one for popunders) onto my site? Do I need to do anything extra? Will the ads appear themselves from different advertisers? I was used to the simple google adsense... Though this seems a whole lot more complicated Thanks.
Its the same concept - just copy and paste the code and it will appear automatically on your site. You can choose which advertisers to display however all of them are displayed by default unless you want to change them.
Ah great thanks. Do you know how long it normally takes for the stats on impressions etc to get updated, & roughly how long it will take for proper paying ads to appear? Finally, what are your thoughts on the 'default campaign'? And mainly how would I go about using it considering I have no idea! Thanks!
