    the link always still in 0 results?and how to improve it?

    Because you hadn't enough links.
    you can check at yahoo.com, it shows almost all of your backlinks,and Google may show only 1/10 of then..

    If you want to check your back links, then use webmaster tools or yahoo site explorer.

    The link operator only show few back links. I have 11000 + back links, but the link operator only show 33 backlinks.

    Sometimes yahoo backlink is not accurate.

    Go to the G webmaster central... and then check it.... backlinks on search engine results are probably updated once every two or three months.

    Try Google webmaster center and other search engines link back checking tools. Google is usually off when you use their link: technique.

    after some advice from other SEO i am planning to build the sites from the beginning again with new domain.
    the new domain is www.telusdirectories.com it more familiar because it has word directories/directory and without '-' so it is easy for user to remember my domain name.
    for www.online-program.net i think i better put some content about study program/learning online program.so what do you think?

    1. Maybe your site was establish on/after march, the PR still not yet update.
    2. You do not have enough backlink or saying you do not have quality backlink to bring your PR up
