[APPRAISAL] How much is this website worth? Alexa: 18k Uniques: 10k

    This is not a sale (yet).

    Like i couldn't find a subforum of Site's appraisals, i put this here.


    How much would you pay for a website with this?:

    • Alexa Rank: 18 272 (and still going down)
    • Uniques a day: 10 000 (average)
    • Pageviews a day: 15 000 (average)
    • Website created on 2005, but transfered from Blogspot to .com in 2007.
    • Revenue: Average 400$-600$ a month with Adsense and over 100$ a month with direct ad sales.
    • Hosted on a VPS, that costs me 60$ a month.
    • Forum opened recently using vBulletin owned license.


    What do you guys think?

    Could i get over 3 000$ out of it?

    No one will bin at 10,000. Realistically you'll get 3000-6000$ for it.

    based on the few details given is possible to reach that amount, however as someone said before it depends on your niche and traffic sources, these days are lots of streaming sites receiving lots of traffic but they will end closed in some months, other sites receive tons or turkey, indian and asian traffic that is hard to monetize, and finally porn sites also get tons of visitors but is very hard to earn $$ from them.
    you will need to give more info to get a good opinion.

    If the revenue is consistent, site is family-friendly then you can definitely expect $3k.

    General topic, i won't lie, it's Warez.


    Earnings: Vary betwen months.. last month i received 857$ but this month i'm receiving 458$.
