suggest me few websites for web designing?

I am very new to web designing....Long back i studied html, that too little basics....And can u people suggest me few websites where i can really learn html and other web designing languages, which can help me in designing a good website...I have a registered a site with 2GB space..but not yet started building the site because of this...Though i have lot of useful contents to make the website useful....i am not good at and new to web designing....

So please suggest me web sites ????
