Add the ca-pub ID (but only pub-id, not with ca)

https://www.google.com/adsense/report/overview, click on "top channels". Or Advanced Reports and sort it out for your DP channel.

This is a great idea. But i am somewhat not sure and a little curious.

Ok ive seen people say ad sharing is allowed... does this mean if you make a thread and you have your ad pub code installed... your thread makes 6 impressions so DP gets 3 impressions and you get 3 impressions.. am i right? If DP makes $4 from your thread, DP will take $2 and you make $2?

What happens if Google should decide the site violates the Program
Policy and/or Terms and Conditions? Could every account being used on
    the site get nuked?

If somebody could clarify that for me, cheers!

Could someone explain what I'm doing wrong? Every time I attempt to ad my Google AdSense ID (pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx), I get the following error message

"You did not enter the correct format for the Google AdSense Client ID field. Please read the field description for the expected format."

I've copied and pasted the number directly from my AdSense account. Is there something that I'm missing?

    Thanks for your help.

Google Won't Ban DigitalPoint's Adsense Account. So you are safe.

    Oh i see.

What about false clicks, my adsense account being on DP and if false clicks are made who's in the firing line? Just speaking in hindisight.. if this was the case which way does the finger point...? Im guessing the user itself and not DP, as it would be my ad's within the threads i make with DP taking a share...?

If you copied and pasted - make sure you didn't copy an extra space at the end... this could keep it from working.

I think there is nothing like channel ID now. Google adsense have adopted the concept of ad slots.

Login to your AdSense account, click on “AdSense Setup” tab.

    Click on “Channels”.

    “+ Add new custom channels”.

Enter the name of channel you’d like to create, and press the “Add channel” button.

Copy the ID of channel, and enter it to the channel field of your DP profile.
You’re still able to add custom channel, and get its ID.

Thank you for adding this additional form of gaining revenue. I came to the forum via a link from another forum. In all the years I have been on the internet I rarely got into forums or chat rooms so this has been a very enlightening experience for me.

Although I have participated by reading and replying to posts it was only today that I decided to read the rules with regards to posting, links etc. and came across this feature of the forum.

Once again thanks for having come up with it. I will certainly take advantage of it.

In response to some of the other posts, I am sure that there are others like me who come to the forum and don't even know about this so the chances for abuse I feel are very small.
