(WTS) Website Over $200 Monthly Earnings For Sale

I recently listed this site in another thread. A member agreed to buy the site, but the deal did not work out. I decided to just list it again instead of reviving the old thread since I wanted to present it better and explain more about it.

I received many PMs with questions about why I would sell a site that was making steady money. Here is the full reason - I have to move into a bigger place. Not long ago I was living by myself, but now I am married with a child. In order to come up with the money to move I have to sell one of my sites even though I dread doing it.

This site is actually earning quite a bit from such a low amount of traffic. Most of the traffic is from search engines, I have not advertised or used any type of PPC, but if someone did that well and increased the traffic the site has much more potential.

I have never sold or rented any links on this website.
