[WTH] Expert to make my site SEO-Friendly

Basically, i search my two sites ifyouwas.com and juzvideo.com and realise both not index in pagerank.

I want to make my site SEO friendly but i dont know how.


My site is about free anime/videos streaming and i hope i can at least get to page 1 or 2 of the search at google/yahoo.

But it seems i not even qualify for the page ranking,whats went wrong?

Although the job was done as per commitment, this guy filed a claim in paypal for non-receipt of goods and paypal reversed his transaction from my account. The transaction was not buy/sell it was service related and hence i am not able to do any thing.
