    Heat can be dealt with, unless you die of thirst or sun stroke.

    Dude! Dying of extreme cold is supposedly the worst kind of death... breathing becomes difficult... frost bite painfully sets in... you are still very much awake and death comes slowly and painfully... :( Scared you enough? :D

    I'd go with typhoons. You get plenty of warning. Most of the disaster that results from this kind of storm are the result of poor preparation rather than the typhoon itself.
