I think $100 is too much, especially if you can't give us stats.

Does the skin come with it? A lot of designers revoke their skins if the owner of the forum is selling it.

i have an agreement with the guy that i had design the forum skin

You all are looking at this wrong.
It is not age of the forum, or how many members so far.

It is, one the domain name. That is worth a bit right there!
Two is the design and what he paid for the design. It is unique and just for this forum. Try getting a design for a forum and you will know that it does not come cheap.

And members? It is a new forum people!
With promotion, and the seller is promoting this forum, it will grow!

Truthfully, if I had a need for a forum, and the money to put on a forum, this would be a good forum at the bottom price he may consider taking.

Now quit your belly aching about the age, the members, and so forth and just bid!
This is a sale, not a discussion about the forum.

I like the site and domain myself but Im trying to sell some of my own domains and sites to recoup costs, but if I had the funds I would place a bid for $150 without any problems.

The site just needs advertising.
