Cool work... however, there is a huge problem with this type of plugin... mainly share this and add this... if you use the more tag then it breaks in certain themes. I use socialable which is the only plugin I found that didnt break... I used to use share this... but ah well... anyway, did you test your one with the more tag?

Thanks for the feedback. Could you share a little more light on the 'more tag'? I'm not familiar with it.

It's a Wordpress function that tells Wordpress to cut off the post at a certain point on the front page of the blog, to force the reader to click "more" to view the rest of the post.

I've just added the more tag and it appears to be working fine (check here). Thank you for bringing this to my attention!

The socialable plugin is great but it makes the posts look messy, I guess that's my opinion though.

Went to your demo site and it looks neat.
One queestion, does my site need to have SSL certificate to use this plugin? Because I see the demo is on SSL connection.

Or is it freetellafriend host the login page?

Nope, you website doesn't need to be SSL certified. The pop-up that loads is SSL certified which protects your readers from getting their data exposed.

Yes, freetellafriend will host the tell a friend page for security reasons.

    Hey there,
I have this plugin running on 2 of my blogs - and I love it!

Will this work on any static php page? I have a couple of .php websites (non blog) I would like to use this on :)

Thanks FanAddict for using the plugin . You can have the button on any website whether it is a blog, website, php, or html. Have a look at this page to create a customized button for yourself (and get the HTML code).

    Your running no ads?

Atleast put a donation page up. I'd donate the most! If my name was linked back to my site.
