This is a little hard to me. I've ventured into several niches that pay miserably in terms of Adsense. Could anybody successful tell me how do I effectively research and find out what niche to build that's profitable through Adsense?
there have been many threads on high paying adsense niche. just use the forum search feature and look up few posts. you will find lots of them
There are a ton listed on the site and try the keyword suggestion tool here. Always follow up by actually searching the keyword in Google to see how many advertisers pop up and how many competing sites you have.
They often say that the best sites that you can make are those on topics in which you are interested. Create a list of topics which you like (hobbies, destinations whatever) and then use those keywords to check in the Google keyword tool about advertisers, cpc and competitors.
I'm sorry but I don't think it's that simple. I've done plenty of times the same way, even more sophisticated than you put it, but no particular help on my earnings. Maybe I'm not the type of person who succeed....who knows.
I don't normally research which are the high paying keywords, I write what I am familiar with, only by doing so can you generate original content that can attract users.
i never search for niches ... since 11 yrs i always do what i love to do that brings me thousands of $ more than niches because i can do much better when i stop thinking about money and just enjoy my work doing something useful or helpful for others!
Its not about searching for niches, you also need to learn all you can about seo, gaining traffic, unless you understand how to attract people then to place content and ads in a way that it works it will be wasted, you must learn the rest. A niche alone doesn't guarantee success.
