Need someone to code design to valid tables xhtml/css

    Dear programmers,

    I need someone to code design from an image to valid tables xhtml/css. I have an image that I want to use for my design and need someone to make the xhtml/css sheet for me. I need you to use divs for laying out the design. Please PM me with your portfolio and price. There will be 3 pages to code. 1 is the main page, and the other 2 are sub pages. all will be using the same design for header and footer, but body is different for each.
