MoreNiche offers $175 for penis enlargers, and up to $300 for a webmaster traffic analysis program. They are in my top affiliate programs link. Let me know if you have any questions.

 

If you have sites geared toward small business, America's Best Companies has an affiliate program offering $100 per sign up. I'm still new here and am leery of posting a link, but a simple Google search will yield results.

 

I would also recommend the MoreNiche affiliate program. It's free to sign up, and they provide free tools, plr articles, ebooks, site templates, and many other promotional resources to every member.

The presentation, ease of use, and quality of the products and sites is what I like the most about MoreNiche. Affiliate marketing is much easier when the products you are promoting are actually good!

How about $63 just for a lead? Pitney Bowes provides productivity tools for small businesses and looking for leads.

 

Market health 50% commission for most of their sales, for most of the sales u will earn around $80.

 

Hosting is a good one too....many networks offer hosting or you can go directly to a particular hosting company. Check CJ.

 

I don't have a link, but you can make $10,000 per referral with Forex. That high ticket enough?
