Have IDX link to frameable MLS search but don't want frames

I am helping to set up a Real Estate website and want to add an MLS search to the website. The board of realtors offers this as an IDX link to a frameable search. I want to do SEO on this page and frames are bad for SEO. Does anyone have a workaround so that when someone finds the webpage via a search engine they see a whole page? I would be willing to do regular maintenance/updates if there is a solution that needs it.
    Thanks!

    Hi,
I'm trying to understand you. Could it be possible that the only thing that you require is an <? include('results.php') ?> to solve your problem? Like I said I don't really understand you. It looks like your question is straight to the point, but I might be missing something. :)

No. As you can tell, I put this project on hold for a while

And now I have to figure this out. I'll look into Mike's suggestion, but if anyone has other ideas, I'd love to hear them.
    Thanks!

We've integrated MLS/IDX solutions for many different companies using BrokerExec's real estate script. You can download it free and test it out. It will help you get your web site up quick.

IDX integration can be a real pain in the arse if you know what I mean, but having a good solution to power it is the first step :)

No problem :) The real estate industry here in the states has taken quite a beating the last couple of years and we feel that if realtors turned to the web for help they can do a lot better than using traditional methods of marketing. Offering it free to the online community is just one way we could help. We hope that this will help reduce some of the costs involved with building out a web site.

Thank you! I think this is going to work for me as well. Frede5, I'm giving your rep. NimbleOne, It's nice to know I'm not the only one struggling with this problem! Good luck.

If anyone is still interested they still have the download link at www.brokerexec.com but I heard that they're taking it down soon. They're no longer offering it as open source so those of you that want the latest version grab it here.
