just looking for some keyword at google and google display some url in sitelinks methods. and how to get get this sitelinks??

I don't think it has something to do with internal linking. Everyone could use internal linking, not everyone has sitelinks.
Established sites get sitelinks. 1+ year old sites with quality backlinks, traffic and "clear history".

Sometimes its accidental, I think you'll get it if there is a similarities of certain query you use in searching . . .

Anyone else notice it seems like many sitelinks sites are PR4 or better?

 

I think sitelinks are only for certain keywords and certain sites, of course popular generic keywords

I just noticed one of my sites now has sitelinks listed in the google webmaster tool and my site is only a PR2.
