I have just joined TextLinkAds and started to sell text links today (nobody's bought yet) default price was set at $15/month per one link....
never tried. mindiam1 if we sell 5 links and per link price is 12$ per month so will we earn 5*12 = 60
I have had one site with them for 6 months and make an average of $23/month. I just added another site to their list but no sales yet.
not much in entertainment niche it's hard to sell links, have anyboby tested if other niches works better?
I am only allowed into their post link ads program which I don't know why. Only earning $2-4 per month and they pay me via Paypal. They do pay in cheques as well.
I used it for a few days and earnt nothing. Took it down when I heard it could have negative effects on SEO or something from google.
Does it effect on Page Rank ? Few months ago Google PR update shocked lot of big sites( who sold text links). Because their rank was down. My blog page rank is 3. Alexa rank just over 900000. I hope Alexa rank will increase soon.. I am also thinking to set up TLA. But will i loose PR?
Just over 100 a month with it, not bad for not having to manage it or do anything other than drop the code or install the plugin.
I believe the G@@Gle penalty was for sites that actually used the words "text links for sale" or "buy text links" (or something similar) on their site. You can still sell links to your site or utilize TLA and just not mention it on your site. G@@Gle doesn't like that sites are selling links to help increase their SE positions, so don't let them know where the links are coming from.
