    I have a "Gundam" relating anime website which has a small income via adsense and adtoll with an active vbulletin forum (only a yearly license though) which is using the latest of the vb7, has a very active arcade mod added to it.

    The main website has a decent design and a system in place that i did myself in php&mysql.
