Your gmail account is deleted... Not the Google account..That's why adsense is still running.. Actually i have heard that the email account will never be deleted...They will be quarantined until some months... So i am 100% sure you can regain the email account.. Now i suggest you to scan your whole computer with a good antivirus+antispyware+antimalware tool(with latest definitions) then if possible back up the important data and format the whole hard disk and reinstall windows.. Be careful from now on....even if you have latest anti- products then also you are not completely secure..so think well before you download or browse to any site..
Shukriya Adithya! I have been able to regain my PayPal, there security is GREAT! I just need to get my money back now. As for AdSense, I havent been able to log in. The account has been deleted, and Google said it cant be recovered. Im currently awaiting a response for my AdSense.
You can usually restore hacked email account by replying to tough questions that only you will know. like IPs of places you usally use your account from and people whom you usually send emails to and when you created the account etc...
This happened to me once, luckily when I couldnt get into my hotmail I changed my paypal email to another account. Later that day I got an email saying someone had tried to request my password. Phew. Good luck in getting everything back to normal -hecky.
