Is this normal?

I like to build good websites. Receives around average 1-2K visits per day. So I tried adsense a few days ago. I'm a real amateur when it comes to Adsense Optimization, so i want to ask is this normal?

The stats above is just from 3 days statistics.
If this goes on then my average Adsense would be around 1 dollar per month?
Payouts are at 100 rite?
Looks like I need a few years more before I receive my paycheck(Was really looking forward to it)

 

I've heard about CPM? Is it true we can get paid according to impressions? Anyone know about this? As usual I'm a newbie on adsense. So please forgive my ignorance on dis subject..

 

The CPC seems very low.
You better filter out some low paying MFA Site.

 

google has cpm ads, select image ads and you will be paid for impressions.

 

ur earnings seems low

try to ban mfa site from ur adsense

use high quality content and blend adsense

 

What is MFA site? How do we filter it out?

It is a little low. You should consider your keywords.

 

Your CTR seems to be very low, Try to optimize the Adsense location and color. Hopefully you will get result. You must have 1% CTR at least. With 1% CTR you get 121 clicks for 12,135 impressions, not just 7 clicks. And 121 clicks can give you some thing reasonable than $0.16.

 

That was a very low number of clicks... have you hidden the ads? ;-)

 

Is this a forum? Because it is extremely low. And Pay Per Click is low too. If you want PM me for some optimization tips or search the forum and google for optimization for different types of sites (forums, blogs etc.)

 

If you are getting decent amount of daily page impressions then I suggest that you use a combination of both CPC and CPM ads . Image ads are CPM bases use them and try to filter those low paying MFA sites that only pay few cents for a bunch of healthy clicks

 

Well it depends on the niche it may be very low paying

Probably some invalid clicks or PSA ones in the middle...Or a REAAAAAAAAAAAALLY low paying niche we are looking at.
