I started my site 5days ago & i am averaging 1000hits a day

    but @ what stage should people start making some money? around 10000 plus visitors a day ?

    It's all about CTR, PPC and putting your eggs in more than one basket. Smart but not too aggressive implementation, good SEO skills (phrasing techniques) and good tags.

    Depends what type of hits... 1k/day in less than 5 days, sounds like paid traffic, and probably won't convert well...

    spamming? my blog was one of the first sites 2 post ushers new video, i bring people exclusives when it comes 2 urban music ;) although i would love 2 take 2 the next level with my blog as far as excellent music content reviews interviews etc, for years i was always giving away exclusive materials but now i have decided 2 cash it on it:D

    FYI kind information. Youtube users dont bother to click ads. All social bookmarking traffic is GARBAGE for adsense.

    I was wondering how you got that much traffic until I saw that a lot come from referring traffic... youtube. great job. put some adsense ads within content and blend it in to the navigation menus
