I got a reply but they totally mis-understood my problem. They starting going on about why my site could be displaying non-relevant ads etc......:confused:
Which is nothing to do with my problem!!!!!!!! So I'e emailed them again, explaining a bit more. Will let you know.

Aww that sucks, but there's not much you can do about that. Have you tried looking into other options like Yahoo, Adbrite, or the others?

    Update....

Still heard NOTHING from Google about my site that is apparently not compliant with Google TOS. Seems we are totally at their mercy and they do as they please. Very fed up with them as all I want to do is fix the problem and get ads serving again . But if they wont answer emails - what can you do?

Does anyone know how long they can take to reply?
Is it worth emailing them again?

I think I might have to if I cant get an answer out of Google.

    Thanks.
    Andy

Let’s see, your site has no privacy policy which is now required by adsense, you haven’t yet taken off the adsense code from under your wireless resources heading, which you know is also against their TOS!

Fix these issues and submit a reinclusion request, emailing them, without fixing these issues first isn’t going to do you any good.

Thanks very much for the advise (I need it!).
The thing is, I had a view that I leave the site as it is, with the faults and issues, Google would look at it and tell me exactly what is wrong.
I was hoping for a reply from them.
You see, if I start changing it, I may be changing it for no reason.

But............. if they wont look at it and wont reply I'm going to have to "guess" what is wrong and try and fix it. (And rely on the great advise from you guys!! ).

It does annoy me that they have obiously looked at my website and shut down the ads, but not bothered to tell me what the problem is. Are we supposed to guess?:mad:

    Rant over ;):D

Yes Google does need to make its customer support more customer friendly, in the end since we are making money through them, we have to ensure that we play by their rule and for that read and understand their TOS.

Yes I agree, I am happy to change my site - no problem. I'm new to Adsense and didnt really realise my site had a problem. I'm not trying to decive anyone, thought it was ok, it appears its not. I'm still learning this stuff!

Do you have any advise or links on what to do for the Privacy Statement?

I assume you just add a link at the bottom of your page? Is there a generic one I could use? Or do you have to write your own from scratch?

    Thanks.

Guess Google is fighting two battles - keep revenue up and keep advertisers happy. The AdSense network has a much lower conversion rate than goodle AdWords.

Well - still no reply from Google after sending them a couple of messages.
I can only assume now my site is written-off now so far as Adsense is concerned. I'll have to consider other programs to put on there. Such a waste of time and effort as I only really wanted Adsense on there. One slip-up and your out :(
