Can't Access Files In Deep Subdirectories on my site!!

    I need to access http://www.hannahmontanazone.com/forums/admincp/vbgallery_install.php in order to install this vbgallery and all I get is a 404 error! Damnit, I don't know what's wrong. The file is in the right place as you can see in the screenshot! I've just hidden the cPanel username.

    What on earth is going on here? I'm not a total newb to this sort of thing but I have never come across this weird problem before! The CHMOD for forums, admincp is set to 0755 while the install file has 0644.

    I've also tried accessing any other file in the subdirectories and I just can't access them. The site and forum is working fine. What's the problem??
