Hi buddy, I am bonzers business partner and I own 50% of this site.

The reason bonzer has said what he has said is because we are after only serious bidders for the site, far too many people here have messed us about in the past because they are just being nosey, having no intention to buy.

The monthly income is in bonzer's post above and is proven income. We have 24 full pages of PayPal Screen Grabs.

I would rule you out of this auction as you are not an established DP member but I will leave that decision to my partner bonzer as he is running this auction. I am merely replying because we are based in the UK and bonzer is not about at the moment.

No sir, the forum is well established and needs very little advertising. We are at a couple of toplists and they bring some traffic to us, plus we submit to various sites several times weekly, which also brings in fresh traffic, plus we get a whole heap of traffic from Goooogle, as you can see by bonzers stats in his OP.
Me and bonzer have been involved in forums since 1997, we will pass on all the tips on how we have managed to make this site so successful.

I doubt this rule is set in stone mate, it is just that me and bonzer have been messed about in the past (selling other sites etc.) by so many fools.
If you are serious, have the money and are genuine then I am sure we can accommodate you.
I will leave this up to bonzer as this is his thread, I am merely filling in and answering questions.

Why do you only give income and not profits? You need to be more clear about what the site does. If you are earning $900 per month in income but spending $1500 a month on advertising then this is a bad deal. Can you please provide a real profit margin for net income?

The 900$ ect is making are coming from subscribers, advertisers ect.. , i don't think hes spending 1500$ a month lol , probably 150$ for a dedicated server or a VPS .. With 26K members, you don't need to advertise much , traffic always keeps coming in from google or DDL sites.

 

The income is the profit the hosting for the forum is $25 every 3 month ! thats all that is spent.

What more do you need ? This is a warez forum with income.
