Definitely hostgator, I've been with them since last year and never had a problem with their servers, fast page loads and tons of bandwidth.

Also their support is fast, friendly and personal and know what they are talking about.

I highly recommend that you give them a try for just 1 cent on your first month (use the coupon "404")

    GL :)

BlueHost, although the site seems to be much more professional and the marketing seems to be aggressive, a lot of users actually experienced nightmares with them. Will go for Hostgator.

I am using Lunarpages though. :D

I don't use either. I have been using asmallorange.com for a few months and find it much better than my previous host: dreamhost.com. If you are looking for the best service I definitely would use asmallorange. When I have an issue, they respond almost instantly and the problem is fixed within a few hours. Ultimately, there is only one way to find out which host you like the best and that is to actually buy their service and try it.

Hostgator is the best as I had using it for a couple of month without any problem at all.

I use bluehost and the customer service is great. They also have a lot of free stuff for signing up. I have had 0 downtime.

Both are great hosts. BlueHost has better customer support IMO and HostGator leaves you with more options if your site(s) grow beyond a shared plan. Either one you should be happy.

I've used them both and had nothing but problems with BlueHost...go with HostGator for sure. They are cheaper, faster, and have better service in my opinion.
